Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer
Cancellation Policy for Trial Personal Training:
Training bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance by phone, email or WhatsApp. In this case, the booking fee will be refunded at a later date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not have the booking fee refunded.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking time or no-shows will be charged the full price of the trial lesson.
General cancellation policy for the personal- and group lesson
Training appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance by phone, email or WhatsApp; if canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the full lesson fee will be charged. If you cancel more than three times in a row, your next booking will be restricted.
Disclaimer
I (customer) hereby confirm that I am voluntarily participating in a physical fitness and performance training course (The Activity). I am participating in the course voluntarily and at my own risk.
In full consideration of the risk of injury while participating in the Course and for the right to participate in the Course, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily participate in this waiver of liability for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns or personal representatives, and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Activity, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns for any and all risks associated with traveling to and from and participating in the course, which may include, but are not limited to, bodily or physical injury, pain, suffering, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, economic or emotional loss and death.
